A migrant worker is a person who migrates within a home country or outside it to pursue work. Migrant workers usually do not have the intention to stay permanently in the country or region in which they work. As a Covid effect every state has faced challenge of migration of workers from the state of their livelihood to their home state. Lot of workers lost their jobs in the Covid pandemic and they had to return back to their respective home towns with their families.

Arranging proper meals, food, shelters and a job is the most important challenge for these workers. As per social responsibility we are running several job related campaigns for these workers as per their traits. We are also running several skill development programs for these workers so that they will be able to learn new skills. We are also making them aware about the different schemes proposed by Indian Government for the migrant workers. We are also collaborating with different markets so that these workers will start earning post completion of the courses.
